The Big Mucker 100 Litre Plastic Wheelbarrow is a heavy duty wheelbarrow that is equally suitable as a Stable Yard Wheelbarrow, a Garden Wheelbarrow, a general purpose wheelbarrow or DIY Wheelbarrow for all heavy jobs around the garden or farm.
The Big Mucker Wheelbarrow is part of our Mucker range of plastic wheelbarrows, its strong large capacity plastic tub is very popular for equestrian use or to use for other animal waste, hay or bedding as the plastic tub on this wheelbarrow is easy to clean, sturdy enough to handle loads without bending and won’t react to the animal waste. This ideal stable yard wheelbarrow is also used in many veterinary practices and comes in a variety of other colours.
This wheelbarrow is fitted with steel skids to protect the frame legs to make sure that they do not wear. The galvanised steel framework is assembled using 4 bolts for extra strength. Its rust resistant and weatherproof frame makes it durable and versatile ensuring a heavy daily use in a demanding agricultural setting.
This Wheelbarrow can be fitted with the choice of 2 wheel options. The first one being Pneumatic. This is best for rough terrain so that it can travel with ease. The second being the Puncture proof. This is good for almost anything. Especially when working in environments where sharp objects may be, like warehouses or industrial estates.
The Big Mucker has two widely spaced handles with comfortable rubber grips and one lightweight hard wearing wheel to make it easy to manoeuvre around its environment whilst being nimble enough to fit through most doorways. Capable of carrying high weight loads up to 120 kg or 100 litres and having a solid galvanised steel framework it is easy to see why this wheelbarrow is one of our best sellers in the agricultural community.

We chose this wheelbarrow because it had a galvanised base and looked nice and light - which it is. It was a bit of a fiddle (for us pensioners) to assemble, but we did manage it in the end and it was put to use immediately . Our last wheelbarrow lasted 16 years and if this lasts as long, we will be well pleased.
I was not sure if I should get this barrow or a cheap one from a local supplier. I am so glad I went for the big mucker in the end. Build quality is second to none and was easy to put together. Would also recommend the puncture proof wheel it's great and feels just like a pneumatic one. If you are looking for a good sized wheel barrow look no further.

Well pleased with my Big Mucker. Did a lot of digging and carting and my big green pal coped with ease. The pneumatic wheel glided over my gravel driveway, shifted a mountain of soil and then transported 12 large bags of bark chippings in a pretty nonchalant way. V impressed, will recommend to my other muckers.
The steel frame comes in two parts which need to be bolted together. I loosely fitted the bolts (so I could still joggle the tubes in and out a bit) so that the plastic tub holes lined up with the frame. Easy!
I am most impressed with the quality of this wheelbarrow. It is sturdy, big, and looks beautiful!
The service I received from the company exceeded expectations in that the barrow was delivered sooner than I had anticipated. I was out, but left instructions with the driver who left it in exactly the right place. It was also very well packed but without ridiculously excessive packaging.

Our 20+ years old wheelbarrow had lasted well until its bucket finally developed a couple of large holes due to corrosion. We needed a replacement. The old barrow had a narrow rigid wheel that was awful for traversing bumps and steps, so we wanted something softer. We also wanted a slightly deeper bucket to hold more material.
After a bit of searching and acclimatizing to the prices for different options, we settled on the Big Mucker. It has a bucket a bit larger than our old barrow, but not unmanageably larger. We didn't want a rigid tyre again, and didn't want the hassle of a pneumatic tyre, so we chose the puncture-proof option.
Our new barrow was delivered promptly and was easy to assemble (even without the instructions, which had been temporarily misplaced at the time of assembly!). Wheeling the barrow is a pleasure - the foam tyre soaks up the bumps in the ground and makes it much easier to pull over steps. The extra space in the bucket was immediately apparent with our first heaped load of soil.
